dr. Vasko Naumovski is a Professor of International Relations at the Department of Law âIustinianus Primusâ at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, where he did his BA, LLM and PhD degrees. He also holds a MA degree in European Studies from the University of Bonn, and has completed a study visit on foreign policy at the University of Florida. Naumovski was Deputy President of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, in charge of European Affairs (2009-2011). During his mandate Macedonia received the EU recommendation to begin the membership negotiations, as well as the EU visa liberalization. Also, Naumovski was Ambassador of the Republic of Macedonia to the United States of America (2014-2018), and a Special Envoy of the Macedonian President in the talks regarding the difference over the name with Greece, under the UN auspices.
prof. dr. Jovan Andonovski is Deputy Ombudsman of the Republic of Macedonia since 2016. He did his BA, LLM and PhD degrees at the Faculty of Law Iustinianus Primusâ at the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, and has specialized international law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He has served as a diplomat at the Macedonian Foreign Ministry and at the Macedonian Embassy in Vienna (2007-2009). Andonovski was State Secretary of European Affairs in the Macedonian Government (2009-2014), leading numerous reform activities in the EU accession process. He teaches at the Department of Law of the University of Goce Delchev in Shtip. Andonovski is author of number of textbooks and other publications.
dr. Aleksandar Spasenovski is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Constitutional Law and Political System at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” at the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje. Spasenovski holds a PhD on the constitutional and legal status of religions and freedom of religious belief. He was elected three times as a Member of Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia (2006, 2008 and 2011), where he was member of the committees on Foreign Affairs, European Issues, Constitutional Issues, Education and Science, as well as Inter-Ethnic Relations. He was also Chairman of the Joint Parliamentary Committee of the Macedonian Parliament and the European Parliament. Spasenovski is author of number of textbooks and academic publications.
prof. dr. Andrej Lepavcov is Ambassador at the Macedonian Foreign Ministry, having served as Advisor and Spokesman of the President of the Republic of Macedonia (2003-2004), Foreign Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister (2007-2011), and Ambassador and Head of the Macedonian Mission to the European Union (2011-2017). He was Deputy Director of the Skopje Office of the International Republican Institute – IRI (2004-2007), and Founder and Executive Director of the Ohrid Institute for Economic Strategies and International Affairs (2006-2007). He is Secretary General of the Pan-European Union of Macedonia, Member of the Presidency of the International Pan-European Union, and was the founding President of the Macedonian Euro-Atlantic Youth Forum. Dr. Lepavcov teaches at the University American College in Skopje, as well as at the University of Goce Delchev in Shtip.
Ljubisa Stefanoski, PhD currently holds the position of the Head of Sector for General and Legal Affairs in the Secretariat for European Affairs within the Government of the Republic of Macedonia. He did his BA in 2010 and LLĐ in 2015 at the Faculty of Law âIustinianus Primusâ at the âSs. Cyril and Methodius Universityâ in Skopje. He holds PhD degree in intellectual property and IT law obtained by the Faculty of Law in Nis, Serbia. Stefanoski is international certified trainer in the field of copyright and neighboring rights by the University âRobert Shumanâ in Strasbourg, the University âMacedoniaâ in Thessaloniki and the University of âSs. Cyril and Methodiusâ in Skopje. Furthermore, he is licensed court expert in the field of intellectual property rights certified by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Macedonia. His academic background dates since 2013 as a demonstrator at the Faculty of Law âIustinianus Primusâ at the University âSt. Cyril and Methodiusâ. Starting from 2015 he worked as an assistant at the âNew York Universityâ in Skopje. Stefanoski, currently teaches as an assistant professor at the International Slavic University âGavrilo Romanovich Derzhavinâ in Sveti Nikole and Bitola and at the âInternational Balkan Universityâ in Skopje. He is an author and co-author of numerous published professional and scientific papers, member in several editorial boards of professional domestic and international legal journals, etc.Â
